Staff Members

Our Staff

Our staff are carefully selected from candidates who either have attained or are working towards degrees in psychology or education.  We select candidates not only for their educational backgrounds but also for their ability to work well with children and for their passion for making a difference for children with autism and their families.

Steps to Progress believes that each staff member working with a child with autism should be competent in implementation of ABA principles.  New staff members with no prior ABA experience complete extensive training before they work with children without supervision.  Additional training and supervision are provided to all staff members by our Program Director and Autism Partnership.
